Re-sharpening
The sharpening and re-sharpening process allows a tool, after wear from use, to be reused. Re-sharpening aims to increase the lifespan of a tool, directly reducing costs and losses related to the process. We guarantee reworked and re-sharpened products, with performance levels comparable to new tools, achieving approximately 75% yield for uncoated tools and above 90% for coated tools, with the majority reaching 100% yield.
Broaching
Broaching is a machining process where the cutting motion is linear. The tool has multiple teeth with incremental height (referred to as increments) arranged in series with the cutting depth (pitch). The tool has a considerable length and can be forced by either traction or compression inside or outside the workpiece.
The operation involves removing chips from the material to construct flat surfaces or internal and external shapes.
